Tips for Eliminating Fatigue After Day Activities


All day we did the job activity may make us feel very tired, here are some tips that I do when I feel tired after a day of work or at rest office:

1. Go take the time to the cafe to experience a different atmosphere in the office during
2. Relax in the work of the office chair while tense muscles that we use in working with massaging the soles of     the feet, of course, you must remove your shoes first.
3. If you have a family or people you care, take their pictures and see their pictures when you feel tired or bored at work, to gather new spirit of the people we care about.
4. The latter is make a cup or a glass of warm tea mixed with condensed milk breathe the fragrance of tea mixed with milk and enjoy the freshness of your body back, and start work with new vigor.
